A diaspora that shows up for Sudan.
A global, youth-led 501(c)(3) unifying, mobilizing, and empowering the Sudanese diaspora โ from emergency relief to long-term recovery โ toward a more prosperous future.
Four core areas
Founded in 2019, SDN works across humanitarian coordination, diaspora mobilization, advocacy, and strategic partnerships โ bridging the gap between Sudanese abroad and communities on the ground.
Humanitarian Coordination
Mobilizing diaspora resources and trusted grassroots partnerships to deliver rapid, community-led relief across Sudan and displacement settings.
Diaspora Mobilization
Uniting Sudanese communities worldwide to coordinate collective action, fundraising, and solidarity through global events and youth-led networks.
Advocacy & Policy
Elevating Sudan's crisis on international agendas through coordinated campaigns, public dialogue, and direct engagement with policymakers.
Strategic Partnerships
Building cross-sector alliances that connect diaspora expertise, global institutions, and local organizations to scale sustainable impact.
SDN is a global, youth-led network bound by a common love for Sudan. We work hand in hand with trusted organizations on the ground, channeling the skills, resources, and solidarity of the diaspora into tangible support for Sudanese communities. This is not charity from a distance โ it is a community standing with its own.
